This is a non-binding preliminary estimate. The final written offer is confirmed after reviewing the purpose, location, usage rights, timing, production complexity and tax status.

How the estimate is calculated

  • The calculator starts from the selected duration or package and then adds extra retouched images, additional photographers and optional production services.
  • Displayed amounts are gross orientation prices in EUR and include 20% Austrian VAT until company details, VAT ID and applicable reverse-charge conditions have been verified in the final written offer.
  • Travel, unusual location costs, extensive usage rights, complex production, special deadlines and custom art direction are confirmed in the final written offer.
