This is a non-binding orientation estimate. The final written offer is confirmed after reviewing the purpose, location, usage rights, timing, production complexity and tax status.
How the estimate is calculated
- The calculator starts from the selected duration or package and then adds extra retouched images, additional photographers and optional production services.
- Displayed amounts are gross orientation prices in EUR and normally include 20% Austrian VAT. A valid non-Austrian EU business VAT ID may change the estimate to reverse charge.
- Travel, unusual location costs, extensive usage rights, complex production, special deadlines and custom art direction are confirmed in the final written offer.
Locations
Sessions can take place at the Vienna studio, at the Budapest studio, in an office or at another agreed location.
