An event is remembered through what happens between the official moments.

Speeches and handshakes matter, but so do the pauses, glances, conversations and changes of atmosphere around them. I document the event as a living sequence rather than a checklist of ceremonial images.

BANHALMI

Present without becoming part of the event

I work quietly and coordinate with organizers, communications teams, protocol and security when required. The goal is to notice the significant moments without interrupting them.

The resulting image set should serve immediate communication and remain useful as an institutional memory: people, space, scale, detail and the emotional rhythm of the occasion.

Process

How the event is documented

01

Preparation

We align on schedule, key participants, protocol, restricted moments, brand requirements and delivery priorities.

02

Coverage

I move with the event, combining formal milestones with unscripted interactions and environmental context.

03

Editing

The story is selected for coherence, not only volume. Colour, exposure and sequence are handled consistently.

04

Delivery

Priority images can be prepared rapidly; the full edited archive follows in the agreed format.
