How the estimate is calculated

  • The calculator starts from the selected duration or package and then adds extra retouched images, additional photographers and optional production services.
  • Displayed amounts are gross orientation prices in EUR and include 20% Austrian VAT until company details, VAT ID and applicable reverse-charge conditions have been verified in the final written offer.
  • Travel, unusual location costs, extensive usage rights, complex production, special deadlines and custom art direction are confirmed in the final written offer.

Quick decision guide
  • Duration: choose a short headshot for one focused portrait; choose a longer guided session when you need more setups, outfits or communication uses.
  • Retouched images: select the number of fully finished images you want delivered. Extra images update the estimate immediately.
  • Teams / events: enter the number of people and available time; the calculator automatically recommends the minimum photographer coverage when needed.
  • Location: Vienna or Budapest studio is the simplest option; office or external locations add the relevant travel requirement to the estimate.

What the project fee covers

The calculator provides a non-binding estimate. The final scope, fee and delivery schedule become binding only in the accepted written offer.

Defined production scope

Preparation, photography, agreed selection and retouching are listed separately in the written offer.

Commercial usage included

The standard licence is unlimited in time and territory for the commissioning organisation and the agreed communication channels. Copyright remains with the photographer.

Vienna and Budapest

On-site work in Vienna and Budapest is included. Travel or production costs outside these locations are confirmed before booking.

Transparent totals

The quote shows net amount, VAT where applicable and gross total. Additional work is never added without written agreement.
