Choose the type of photography first. The calculator updates the estimate as you make selections. If you are unsure about a detail, leave it for later — we confirm the final scope before the written proposal.

  • Executive Portrait: from €499: focused leadership imagery in a 60-minute session; 3 retouched images in total are included.
  • Executive Personal Branding: from €790: strategic imagery for several communication contexts in a 120-minute session; 3 retouched images in total are included.
  • Executive Visual Library: Individually scoped and quoted; not a fixed-price package.
  • Business Event: from €490: up to 1 hour of straightforward corporate coverage, including selection and colour correction.
  • C-Level / Institutional Event: from €590: 1 hour of leadership or institutional coverage, including selection and colour correction.
  • Artists & Performers: from €690: career-facing portraits and portfolio imagery; 2 retouched images are included.
  • Personal Fine Art: from €690: an individual artistic concept; 2 retouched images are included. Nude photography is optional and agreed in advance.
  • Headshot / CV: €120: 10 minutes and 1 retouched image for a straightforward profile portrait.
  • Private celebrations: from €390 for 1 hour; the recommended 2-hour package is €590 gross, with local city travel included.

These orientation prices include 20% Austrian VAT. Additional images, crew, travel and production options are shown separately. The accepted written offer confirms the final scope and fee.

Pricing, VAT and calculation details

How the estimate is calculated

  • The calculator starts from the selected duration or package and then adds extra retouched images, additional photographers and optional production services.
  • Displayed amounts are gross orientation prices in EUR and include 20% Austrian VAT until company details, VAT ID and applicable reverse-charge conditions have been verified in the final written offer.
  • Travel, unusual location costs, extensive usage rights, complex production, special deadlines and custom art direction are confirmed in the final written offer.

Quick decision guide
  • Portrait / Headshot: choose these duration-based options only for straightforward non-executive portrait needs. Executive work is selected by communication outcome, not minutes.
  • Retouched images: select the number of fully finished images you want delivered. Extra images update the estimate immediately.
  • Teams / events: enter the number of people and available time; the calculator automatically recommends the minimum photographer coverage when needed.
  • Location: Vienna or Budapest studio is the simplest option; office or external locations add the relevant travel requirement to the estimate.

Headshot CV: 10 minutes and exactly 1 retouched image, €120 gross. The other portrait options include 1 retouched image; additional selected images cost €35 gross each. These are not the Executive Portrait package.

Included images are totals per project: Executive/Brand 3; Artists/Fine Art 2. Simple portraits include 1 image, and group portraits 1 per person. Enter all requested images, not only the extras; use the per-person count where the field specifies it. Only images beyond the included quantity cost extra. For events, the image estimate does not trigger portrait-retouch charges.

Extra retouched images: portrait/Executive/Brand €35 each; group portraits €29 each per person; Artists/Fine Art €45 each. All amounts are gross.

3 · Strategic and production support

Standard retouching normally takes up to 24 hours after you send the agreed image selection. Priority or fixed-deadline delivery is a separate option, confirmed in the written offer.

What the project fee covers

The calculator provides a non-binding estimate. The final scope, fee and delivery schedule become binding only in the accepted written offer.

Defined production scope

Preparation, photography, agreed selection and retouching are listed separately in the written offer.

Commercial usage included

The standard licence is unlimited in time and territory for the commissioning organisation and the agreed communication channels. Copyright remains with the photographer.

Vienna and Budapest

For portrait, branding, Fine Art and corporate-event bookings, the selected package covers the agreed photographic work. Studio sessions in Vienna or Budapest have no travel surcharge. For a client office or another venue, travel and any venue costs are separate items in the estimate and final written offer. Private celebrations include local travel within Vienna or Budapest. Enter the exact venue address and select its area; outside these cities the standard travel rules apply. Venue hire and optional production services are not included.

Transparent totals

The quote shows net amount, VAT where applicable and gross total. Additional work is never added without written agreement.

Artists & Performers

Actor headshots, acting portfolios, dance photography, performing-artist portfolios and model/editorial portfolios are handled within the Fine Art / Artists & Performers route. The calculator remains a non-binding orientation estimate; the final proposal is matched to casting, portfolio, movement and production needs.
